Mr. Watkins has been involved with business, real estate and land development consulting since 2002.  He has first hand experience in land use, and entitlement applications.  He also has extensive experience in secure transactions both personal property and real property.  Mr. Watkins understands complex real property transactions, and has a thorough understanding of issues regarding real or personal property title.

With a background in contract law representing creditors in commercial transaction and litigation, consumer collection, Mr. Watkins is well-versed in property issues related to landlord/tenant matters, and property transaction matters.  Mr. Watkins prides himself in being understanding of his clients' goals and confident in his ability to explore the most efficient ways to carry out representation of client.
